Urban Tandoor 1. Acceptance of Terms By entering and dining at Urban Tandoor, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Reservations & Seating Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Walk-in guests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak hours, table time may be limited to ensure fair service to all guests. Delayed arrivals may result in cancellation or reassignment of the table. 3. Dine-In Policy Guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone causing disturbance or inconvenience to other guests or staff. 4. Orders & Food Service All menu items are subject to availability. Once an order is placed and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Special requests (spice level, dietary needs, etc.) should be informed at the time of ordering. 5. Pricing & Payment All prices are in INR and are subject to applicable taxes (GST). The final bill must be settled before leaving the premises. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, and digital payments (UPI). 6. Service Charge Any service charge applied is discretionary and may be removed upon request. Gratuities are voluntary and appreciated. 7. Food Safety & Allergies We prioritize hygiene and food safety standards. Guests must inform staff about any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering. Urban Tandoor shall not be liable for allergic reactions if such information is not disclosed. 8. Outside Food & Beverage Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the restaurant premises unless explicitly approved by management. 9. Liability Disclaimer Urban Tandoor is not responsible for: Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings Any health issues arising from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions 10. Damage to Property Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to restaurant property and may be charged accordingly. 11. Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds will be provided once the food has been prepared or served. Any concerns regarding billing must be raised immediately before payment. 12. Offers & Promotions All offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless stated. Management reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time without prior notice. 13. Smoking & Alcohol Policy (Optional – Include if applicable) Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (if available). Alcohol service is subject to legal drinking age regulations and valid ID may be required. 14. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of local courts.
