The Royal Feast Restaurant 1. General By entering and dining at The Royal Feast Restaurant, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The restaurant reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Reservations & Table Booking Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to operational reasons. Guests are requested to arrive on time; delayed arrivals may lead to cancellation or reassignment of the table. 3. Dine-In Service Policy Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. Guests are expected to maintain proper decorum and behavior inside the premises. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior. 4. Orders & Availability All menu items are subject to availability. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after preparation has started. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavailability or operational issues. 5. Pricing & Payments All prices are in INR and are exclusive/inclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned. The final bill will include applicable GST and any additional charges (if applicable). Payment must be made via accepted modes (cash, card, UPI, etc.) before leaving the premises. 6. Service Charge (Important) Any service charge added to the bill is voluntary and can be removed upon customer request as per applicable Indian guidelines. Tips are at the sole discretion of the customer. 7. Food Safety & Allergies We strive to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. Guests must inform the staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing the order. 8. Outside Food & Beverages Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the restaurant premises unless permitted by management. 9. Liability The restaurant is not responsible for: Loss or theft of personal belongings Any adverse reaction to food consumed without prior disclosure of allergies Guests dine at their own risk. 10. Damage to Property Any damage caused to restaurant property by guests will be chargeable and must be compensated by the guest. 11. Cancellation & Refunds No refunds will be provided once the food has been prepared and served. Any billing disputes must be raised immediately before leaving the restaurant. 12. Offers & Discounts All offers, discounts, and promotions are subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. The restaurant reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time without prior notice. 13. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
