The Grand Dine 1. Acceptance of Terms By entering and dining at The Grand Dine, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Management reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Reservations & Seating Reservations are recommended and subject to availability and confirmation. Walk-in guests will be accommodated based on availability. Table reservations will be held for a limited time; delays may result in cancellation. During peak hours, dining time may be limited to ensure service efficiency. 3. Dress Code & Guest Conduct Smart casual or formal attire is encouraged to maintain the fine-dining ambiance. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other diners. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior. 4. Orders & Dining Experience All dishes are freshly prepared and subject to ingredient availability. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once preparation has begun. Guests are requested to inform staff about allergies or dietary preferences before ordering. 5. Pricing & Payments All prices are in INR and subject to applicable GST and government taxes. The final bill must be settled before leaving the premises. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods (UPI). 6. Service Charge Policy Any service charge applied is discretionary and may be removed upon request. Gratuities are voluntary and appreciated for exceptional service. 7. Food Safety & Allergies We follow strict hygiene and food safety standards. Guests must notify staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions. The Grand Dine is not liable for allergic reactions if such information is not disclosed in advance. 8. Outside Food & Beverage Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the restaurant unless approved by management. 9. Damage to Property Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to restaurant property and may be charged accordingly. 11. Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds will be provided once food preparation has started or items have been served. Any billing disputes must be raised immediately before payment. 12. Offers & Promotions All offers and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice. 13. Special Policies Smoking: Permitted only in designated areas (if available). Alcohol: Served in accordance with legal drinking age laws; valid ID may be required. Children: Guests are requested to supervise children at all times. 14. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
