Rasoi Ghar 1. Acceptance of Terms By entering and dining at Tasty Bites, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Management reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Seating & Service Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak hours, table time may be limited to ensure quick service for all customers. Self-service may apply for certain orders or sections. 3. Orders & Preparation All items are prepared fresh and are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after preparation begins. Customers are requested to check their order details before confirming. 4. Pricing & Payments All prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as mentioned. Payment must be made at the counter or via accepted digital methods (UPI, cards, cash). Orders will only be processed after successful payment. 5. Service Charge No mandatory service charge is applied. Tips are voluntary and appreciated. 6. Food Safety & Allergies We maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards. Customers should inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Tasty Bites is not responsible for allergic reactions if not informed in advance. 7. Outside Food & Beverages Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the premises. 8. Customer Conduct Customers are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Any misconduct or disturbance may result in denial of service. 9. Damage to Property Any damage caused to restaurant property by customers will be chargeable. 11. Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds will be issued once the order is prepared or served. Any issues with the order must be reported immediately at the counter. 12. Offers & Promotions Offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless stated. Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time. 13. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes (if any) will be subject to local jurisdiction.
